The Technical Feasibility panel of the National Research Council's Committee on Human Spaceflight will meet on February 4-5, 2013 at the NRC's Keck Center, 500 Fifth St., NW, Washington, DC.   The meeting on February 4 is open to the public from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm ET; the meeting on February 5 is closed.  The draft agenda for February 4 is:
