The Marshall Institute and TechAmerica Space Enterprise Council will hold a panel discussion on China's ASAT and Missile Defense Programs -- A Review of Programs, Plans and Motivations on February 19, 2013 from 9:00-10:30 am ET.  It will be held at TechAmerica's offices at 601 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., North Building (enter on Indiana Ave.), Suite 600, Washington, DC.   Speakers are:
